“I can’t finish anything, I feel Iike a total mess, and incredibly unproductive…”Have you Been there?
I don’t know if you heard, but, people have been saying that this week, the planets will be lowing the energy. Or something like that…
At first, I was like, “Ok, then I have to use my reserved good vibes.” (what a positive person)
Well used and gone
The planets can fuck themselves; they killed my reserves!
Does anyone feel like you have no will?, or I’m crazy?
Anyway, I’ve been failing to write since last Sunday, so I decided to write about this;
The bad times
It’s important to learn not to judge yourself when you’re going through these bad moments, but it’s too dammed hard not to feel like crap when you needed to be productive, and instead, you look like a dog chasing its tail.
So I figure; If you’re dealing with the same problem; why don’t we change it together?
Let’s stop for a moment and embrace our none willness, our lack of motivation. Then we can go ahead and take action, ready? (don’t worry it’s not too much action)
I have some exercises to help us:
1-get up, and take a deep breath, stretch a little bit for 5 seconds… “come on, do it.”
2-Smile!… “yes, fake smile, what are you waiting for!”
And a genuine smile follows! jajaja
3-Now, take a deep breath thinking: “no drama, llama.” I’m from Bolivia; you can pick any animal you want. (but a llama is cuter) Again; “more llama, no drama.”
4- Say this out loud, “Today is going to be a great day.” (or at least what’s left of it)
Come on, one more time; louder!
5- Finally, 5 seconds; close you’re eyes and think about something you’re grateful for.
“…I’m thinking of my family and my sweet love”
Ok, I don’t know about you, but I feel better!!!
